Faq

Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email with a tracking number.

If your order has not been shipped yet we can cancel it. Please send an email to orders@heliophiliaclub.com to place your request. If the order has been shipped we will NOT be able to cancel it. We cannot make changes to any orders once they have been placed. Please check that the item(s) in your cart are correct before ordering.

Please email orders@heliophiliaclub.com right away. If your order hasn’t been shipped yet there is a chance that we can change it but it’s not a guarantee. If it has been shipped you will need to get in touch with the shipping provider to change your address and redirect your package.

Returns will be accepted within 14 days of receiving the article.
Items must be returned in new & unused condition, with all original packaging and tags. Customer is responsible for the cost of shipping.
Please try on the bottoms with your underwear on. We will not be able to reimburse your order if it is not delivered in these conditions. Items not eligible for refund will be shipped back to customer at the customer expense.

We do not refund shipping costs when returning items. If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, we will, of course, refund the return shipping costs so you can receive the correct item. Please note that duties and taxes on orders shipped outside the EU can not be refunded.

All of our production is Made In Italy.

Our sizing runs from XS to XL. We have a size guide on the product pages and images of ladies wearing different sizes in the collection. You can check out our IG page as well!
